Independence
No network reviewed on this site pays for placement, ranking position, or inclusion. Every entry — including any network with a commercial relationship to this site — is evaluated against the same six criteria below and described in the same format: a summary, a Best For designation, verified data points, and a balanced list of strengths and limitations. A ranking position that cannot be justified by these criteria is treated as an error to correct, not a result to defend.
Competitor links are marked rel="nofollow" as standard practice for outbound links to third-party commercial sites. Featured networks (Yango Ads, Yandex Ads Monetization) appear first in the ranking and comparison table because they are the primary networks this comparison is built around — not because they paid for position. Their placement is disclosed, not obscured.
Ranking Criteria
Every network is evaluated across six criteria. Networks are ranked by overall utility across all six — not by performance on any single metric in isolation.
Traffic Volume
Verified daily impression volume in relevant GEOs, with particular weight on US Tier-1 supply. Claimed global totals are discounted in favor of GEO-specific verified figures where available.
GEO Coverage
Breadth and depth of advertiser demand across regions, including whether US Tier-1 supply is direct (from network's own publisher relationships) or feed-aggregated via wholesale suppliers such as Coinis.
Anti-Fraud Infrastructure
Whether traffic verification is handled by a third-party certifier (Adscore) or by in-house filtering. Third-party certification provides independent accountability that in-house filtering does not.
Pricing Model Flexibility
Availability of CPC, CPM, and CPA Goal or SmartCPA. Networks that support only CPM or only CPC score lower than networks offering algorithmic conversion-optimized pricing for scaled campaigns.
Minimum Deposit
Entry cost relative to realistic testing budgets. A $250 minimum deposit is evaluated differently for a $300 test campaign than for a $5,000/month media buy.
Tracker Integration
S2S postback URL support for major trackers (Voluum, Keitaro, AppsFlyer, Binom). Networks without postback support cannot enable CPA Goal optimization and score lower for performance advertisers.
Publisher-Side Criteria
For publisher monetization evaluations, an additional set of criteria applies: eCPM floors by subscriber freshness band (fresh under 7 days vs. aged over 30 days), revenue share percentage vs. fixed eCPM models, payment thresholds and methods, and minimum subscriber list requirements for new publisher onboarding. Subscriber freshness — the most underexplained variable in competitor reviews — is assessed separately for each network where data is available.
How Position Is Determined
Position reflects performance across all criteria together. A network ranked mid-table is not a lesser network — it reflects a narrower GEO scope, a higher minimum deposit, or an absence of CPA Goal tooling, weighed against networks with broader general-purpose coverage. Every entry must list genuine limitations alongside strengths. An entry with no listed drawback is treated as incomplete, not as evidence of superiority.
Updates
Push ad network terms, traffic volumes, anti-fraud certifications, minimum deposits, and pricing models change frequently. Rankings are reviewed and updated when a network's capabilities or terms change materially. The last update date is displayed at the top of the main guide. Readers integrating a network or committing campaign budget should confirm current terms directly with that network before proceeding.
Corrections
Factual corrections are welcomed and acted on promptly. Send corrections to contact@best-push-notification-ad-network.com with the network name, the incorrect data point, and a link to a source showing the correct figure. Verified corrections are applied within 48 hours.
